The Management of Scaleo chip is committed to meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and to foster a continuous improvement environment.

The quality policy is based on the return from annually performed customer surveys, our Market Research, as well as other inputs from customers relative to the quality of the company’s products and services.

In order to balance our resources in the most efficient way, a large part of the survey is dedicated to the ranking of performance criteria (product quality, responsiveness, cycle time) by our customers.

The results and analysis of the customer surveys are presented to all employees with conclusions by the management.

The Management ensures that the Quality Policy is relevant to the company’s strategy and the needs and expectations of its customers.

To do so, the company strategy takes into account the combination of the following elements :
  • needs and expectations of the market and competition
  • needs and expectations of the employees and shareholders
  • internal performance
  • supplier feedback
  • new technologies
  • social and economic environment
The strategy is approved by the Board of Directors.
The Quality Policy is defined taking into account the following:
  • the company strategy
  • the customer survey results
  • the exigencies of ISO 9001, version 2000
  • the exigencies of AEC-Q100 qualification for all our automotive products

Beyond the Quality Policy which is communicated through the Quality Manual and through posters placed at strategic points on the company premises, the continuous improvement is the golden rule.
